this project is well under construction now

3 or 4 cranes now on site

equipment showed up two days ago and is on site right now

some work going on the backside of the building

That’s exactly what it felt like lol

I’ve actually been in there while it’s been abandoned absolute pitch black in the car park area although bottom floor has lights on someone obviously has kept some maintenance on the property since it’s been abandoned

This project has actually been abandoned twice the first time in 2000 and then another time in 2009 three underground floors of parking were completed plus the one ground floor and the mezzanine level with a pool The rest has sat there

People are there right now my guess is prepping for construction

this project is being done by the same people building The Stanley District which the site has been cleared and prepped

Also I don’t know how to make new forums in here but if someone could add the new buildings that are going where nightmares fear factory is 2 35 floor buildings

Yeah absolutely they park on Dunn street with the fence open usually five or six trucks there i’ve seen them for the last like two or three weeks now although I can’t see inside due to the big wall that they built to prevent people from going in when it was abandoned

saw people in there today looks like maybe prepping for construction
