How has smartcenters/ centrecourt, Menkes been able to put up so many towers in the area and yet this project takes so long to get off the ground?

Looks like Avenues getting rid of the 55 Mercer crane soon. The Derrick crane just took down Nobu’s crane and now moving next door. Not sure it’s a centrecourt/ Madison thing. It does seem pretty efficient for crane dismantlement

Really feels like this job and 55 Mercer are really catching upto Nobu

Any updates on when this project plans to go to sales/ construction. Looks good on the rendering. Sorbara did good with beacon.( I believe their last project)
