yes, and they seemingly owe back taxes by the articles I can find. Why does the city not take this? Certainly the property could be used for a housing project
certainly there are more individuals than 5, or even 11. We visited on the weekend ( confused the date of an upcoming plant sale) and there were many more tents than would serve as shelter for 11 individuals. Very sad state that the city doesn't seem to be addressing
unbelievable - my sister lives in this subdivision, it was a normal, affordable neighbourhood when they bought in years ago. Federal committee meets on affordable housing this week, will be interesting to see if they address any of the GTA
This seems probable - I found this group after noticing the signage looks a little too polished, recent angry posts about DEAD trees and branches being removed "for the Ontario line". Is this just the NIMBYs at work?
