Looks good. More of this is what we need, not demolish and build monstrosities. Low rise, fits into the neighbourhood, houses several (probably) well-to-do families.

Balconies so high up in what will be a windy tunnel? Why not lower down?

Oh my god, poor people next to it, their house value just tanked. Unimaginative design, same old square building.

Cute, fun, different. Doesn’t overwhelm the surrounding buildings.
