This one seems to be wrapping up externally. All scaffolding around the podium came down in the last week or so. Since then there's been a lot of ground work going on in front and down the laneway. Photos from November 30th 2023

Not sure if this was already known but following up from the discussion a couple of pages back it looks like Me Va Me is opening up in one of the units facing Alexander Street. I walk past semi-regularly but never noticed this sign before.

Toronto developers have caught on. Instead of presenting glamours renderings and then building sub-par buildings which lead to criticism. Now they're presenting unattractive renders and building the same sub-par quality building as before but are getting praised for it instead 😉

14th March 2023 First time noticing the effect the sun has on the balconies in the evening sun. Not sure if it's just because I usually avert my eyes away from this building or just the position of the sun at this time of year though.
