I love the onsite park dedication. It's really needed here!

Looks like they have a proposal from 2015 to connect Leslie Street to the current end of the Don Mills Trail. Don's See why they can't connect it south to Eglinton. Also, it's 2023, so are these proposals ever going to get done?

That is awesome, thank you! This does not address the extension of the Don Mills Trail aka Leslie Street Spur to the south through all the applicant lands (ie to the Toyota on The Park lands). It would be a huge amenity for all these lands to have an awesome multi-use trail at their back...

I think we all want the same thing and that is a redesign. One cannot achieve top of market pricing, with this design. I can already tell that the materiality of the upper levels will look cheap. The spandrel will be some awful paneling. Perforated metal panels will rust. And solid west facing...
