It would be interesting if there was a "Number of Bedrooms" built to be more comparable.

I'm expecting we see a lot of projects move forward this summer, between existing proposals and new proposals. Especially with new GST exemptions and low-interest loans for rental buildings from the government.

Rumour is that the Danish Canadian Club on 11th Ave near 7th Street SW was recently sold in December to a developer as well. However, they have an agreement to stay until at least June 2025.

I believe they stated that the first several new water bombers (the DHC-515) will be built in their current facilities at YYC (they have multiple buildings scattered around as @darwink posted) until their new factory (de haviland field) is ready.

As far as I know, they already have an MOU or something with CPKC on the Banff rail project. However, who knows how easy it'll be when they try actually getting down to the details of building and operating it.

It'll be decades before the whole thing gets built. But I wouldn't be surprised if we see at least one or two buildings in the next 5-8 years here.

Makes sense, It's the only line LRT terminus that actually ends at basically the last communities/edge of the city limits. Unless it got a lot closer to Cochrane (which probably doesn't make sense) its a long way off from needing an extension.

There are few very cities, let alone events that support that size of a stadium. I mean look at BMO field in Toronto, less than a decade old, for a major metro area (4x Calgary) and it only seats about 30K without additional temporary sections.

While I agree that the pricing is high and is relying on the market condo price to keep increasing 10+% per year to make the numbers seem reasonable by the time they're finished. Truman has had success with similar if not higher prices for Broward, Gallery, and Imperia.
