Typo on my part, not head office to Calgary but shift the Edmonton presence (through CWB headquarters) to Calgary. But that's my own pessimism coming through and you are right, self fulfilling prophecy indeed 🫣🙃

I believe that house has been for sale for awhile, and the way it was advertised was just for the lot. It was quite pricey from what I recall - I think 699K?

This is 2 blocks from my house. I for some reason thought this would be a great entertainment venue, but not sure if that is ideal given residential is on either side. Regardless, glad to see its finally been sold!

I just remembered there is K&K Foodliner on Whyte and 99th, going to check it out on Saturday to see if its an alternative for the Italian Centre. Also popped by the Colombian this morning, great coffee, great food offerings, and a nice vibe overall. Here's hoping this part of 99th fills out...
