    Having dogs, I agree with you on that. Signs all clearly state that except for the offleash areas, dogs must be kept on a leash...and I have no problem with that. We (dog owners) have good offleash parks, and we can now have them offleash in the winter months behind the snow fence on the beach...

    I've noticed on the street signs that they've taken it west of Woodbine now, I guess to include the development from the old race track. I think the signs go as far as Kingston and Queen.

    I've been living in The Beaches for about 18 months now, and can't bring myself to call it The Beach...as one poster above said, and to me, it sounds like I live in a tent down at the beach. I love the area, especially the dog friendly atmosphere, but do agree there are alot of families here...
