So, if I read this properly, the cost of operations will go up by 65.5% for 2023. "External professional services" also increases by 90.4%. That's a massive increase.

Yes, I understand that the current building does not meet the standards, but they also need to show they're a good neighbour, just like any other business or neighbour. Just because they're a social services organization doesn't mean the neighbourhood should just STFU and take whatever comes...

I heard from the Chinese community that the previous Director had zero connection to the community and did the bare minimum since they were an internally promoted candidate. I hope the new hire is external and has an actual connection to the community.
