    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

I suppose I should be pleased that Councillor Kandavel is backing the Kingston Road cycle track but his resistance to lowering the speed limit from 60 to 50 is puzzling. Driving the 4km Brimley to Scarborough Golf Club Rd corridor at 50 adds a grand total of 48 seconds - and that's before you...

November 26 Found myself flying in @kotsy and @hawc airspace early today - purely accidental, of course....I was waiting for a local garage to service my car....happened to have the drone with me. ;) Logan, looking south towards Dundas. Gerrard, looking east towards Carlaw.

Geez Tim, those photos are shocking! Reminded me of American Airlines Flight 191, Chicago, May 1979. https://www.faa.gov/lessons_learned/transport_airplane/accidents/N110AA

Test image upload. Like Tim, tried JPG but no go. JPG image uploads have always worked for me (Mac / Safari). Converted to PNG and it will allow upload, but image is blank (with borders) when I Insert and does not appear until I use Preview. Not sure if this will appear when I Post...

I’ve been a bit confused by the NAV CANADA NAV Drone website. It started with the NOTAM issued last month restricting airspace within a 0.5 nautical-mile radius of David Pecaut Square. On the NAV Drone site, the restricted area appeared as a red circle—but their circle had a 1.0 nautical-mile...

    Toronto Wildlife

November 9 A pair of strikingly large coyotes came by the back yard this morning - clearly cautious, they weren't about to pose for any close-ups. Very different from yesterday's playful fox pair who practically showed off for the camera.

Great shots, @flonicky — you really captured the sombre mood of the final moments of demolition for this beautiful old building. I’ve been through those front doors countless times myself (including being born there). I'm with @Towered and @GenerationLee, it’s sad to see it go — but as @PL1...

    October 27 Bird’s-eye views pair perfectly with @flonicky's always-eclectic boots-on-the-ground captures. No pressure, @flonicky! 😄

I think they’re just getting started with this. Give it a bit of time and we’ll probably see a lot more sites designated as RPAS Restricted Airspace Zones — wouldn’t surprise me if Queen’s Park ends up on the list next 😅. Just like how TPS is now actively enforcing NOTAMs, this whole drone...
