A little off-topic, but what's up with the light up billboard on the side of the retail portion? Every time I drive by there it's just purple with half a logo frozen to it: It's been this way for what feels like 2 years.

Why did they stop horse racing at the Stampede Grounds? Seems like a no-brainer from a facilities stand-point, but I'm not a horse racing fan so I'm sure I'm missing something.

Sorry to bump this without any new information (other than they've updated the sign on the fencing with the larger proposal), but I'm trying to figure out what "Live-work" spaces will look like. Are there going to be storefronts accessible to the public (i.e. cafe/restaurant/commercial space)...

A little broken up but not too bad on the west side. Easy to get around on the roads near the Children's hospital, but I imagine that will change whenever that part of UD starts. Easy to get accross Shaganappi and down to the river through Montgomery or down 16th from Foothills. The path east...

We do this from Montgomery. Love having all of the amenities up there even if the hill to get there is a bit of a pain.
