    don't worry, whenever any of the builders wants to sale, everywhere on the media all their agents will advertise, their deep sleep websites, facebook& insta pages all will be so active and announce it, is not possible to escape! LOL

    all depends on the economy situations, builders have to make sure if they decide to built there are enough purchasers to come forward + market is well + how is banks rate to get mortgage . so if risk is not appears builders are more active.

    at the photo Debut had on rendering right one ( phase #1 ) the middle box is 10 & now the photo you posted showed the middle box is 11 floors, is that mean they changed their plan? thanks

    But I think in this high rate of bank interest charges, getting mortgage could be so hard to the buyers and even affording mortgage payments to them is gonna be harder, so finishing this building 2-3 years later is helpful for the buyers to see lower interest charges show up.

    I think normally is months before closing dates, so now this building is gonna finish at Q1-2027 , so that means Assignment will be sometime in 2026, maybe I'm wrong.

    but I know some of builders informed the customers that they will delay, for example NO.31 Parliament Condo from Q2-2025 switched to Q1-2027
