I remember seeing some price sheets, and pricing was quite expensive relative to comparable units around the area. Curious if any money transacted yet against those.

Quick question I have (that may be dumb - I am new to this). Isn't the top third of the building supposed to have a black brick finish? Why did they take the cranes down before they finished adding all the exterior?
