What changes have you seen or do you mean -> Rentals

I spoke with the demo guys yesterday, and they are fully knocking the gas station down. While they didn't know exactly when construction would start, they suggested it would be soon. Considering the demo started yesterday, it is pretty impressive how quickly it is all getting going.

Interesting. If it gets the project made vs being an empty parking lot I'm all for it + the area needs some purpose-built rentals with that student housing cancelled.

Would that require a whole new design, etc?

New bright red fence up around the lot today. If the building is cancelled, I'm surprised they aren't keeping the lot open for paid parking/a showroom for other properties. Wonder what they are up to.

I Definitely saw some furniture/pillows in one of the units so I think is being moved into!

Let's hope they get a move on and can finish it quicker that area is going to look very different over the next few years... especially if 18 Dalhousie materializes.

Maybe I'm just spoiled by Centre Court (who seems to be throwing up 252 at Mach 1) But doesn't nearly 4 years feel like a very long time?

Based on the renders it will be part of the podium so just the facade will be kept. Which is good because it is hideous currently.

Somehow they are already installing glass... I couldn't get a good photo but sheesh.

Precast panels seem to be going up.

Will be interesting to see as this one reaches above the (i think) amenity floors which I think they've just done. It is pretty narrow.

They are taking down the barriers around the podium. Didn't get a chance to snap a pick but will grab one tomorrow.

Echoing the sentiment above. Watching this thing fly up has been insane. I'm not sure how quickly they are putting up a floor but seems like there are 2(?) floors above where they were 10 days ago.

Not sure. There was no one around but the guys throwing up the banners. Though you can still see the building in the banner so maybe that is a sign that it is still on?

Rebranding of the showroom/old gas station. Dropped all the odd "Centricity" branding with a focus totally on Graywood/their other projects. Does anyone know when they plan to start construction?
