While it's a bit on the higher side compared to other places, this is completely normal. For places like that, the average I would say is about 8-9% When minimum wage went up, all restaurants recouped a large portion through tip out. Since 2019, tip outs have gone up between 50-100%

It's really unfortunate. We have all the components, but have yet to get them to work consistently

it will be interesting to see how it plays out because Butternut Tree is also looking for an Exec Chef. Feel they are going for more ownership over day to day

I think Spencer is/was with firefly. The Yarrow chef is Taylor I believe. I hope somebody follows the concept but makes it more approachable to consumers

I think it will be much sooner than later. I believe Yarrow is an example of some bad execution over bad concept

Insanity. What is really disappointing is things like Yarrow can work in Edmonton, bbut it's closing is just going to give people ammo for saying it can't and won't.

I cant imagine what the rent on that place is. Also surprised nobody has really talked about Yarrow closing yet
