    While it's a bit on the higher side compared to other places, this is completely normal. For places like that, the average I would say is about 8-9% When minimum wage went up, all restaurants recouped a large portion through tip out. Since 2019, tip outs have gone up between 50-100%

    I think Spencer is/was with firefly. The Yarrow chef is Taylor I believe. I hope somebody follows the concept but makes it more approachable to consumers

    Insanity. What is really disappointing is things like Yarrow can work in Edmonton, bbut it's closing is just going to give people ammo for saying it can't and won't.

    Sorry for the delayed response. I could write a million different things, but the majority of reasons I believe stem from a lack of opportunities. Edmonton has amazing talent in the kitchen, in wine, in service and behind the bar. But where are they supposed to work? Think about all that...
