Does this mean the occupancy period is over? They are charging insane occupancy fees at 8%. It's criminal

Received an email today that my firm occupancy has been pushed from September 28th to October 12th. I'm on the 3rd floor.

Hey everyone, I'm an owner of a unit in this building. Very concerned about the posts I read today about a lien on the building, especially now that closing seems to be coming soon. What does it mean for us owners?
