I have some information to share with future condo owners in Limelight I just closed in Chicago and there were couple of things which i did not expect : 1) daniels collected property taxes for 2011 during closing - good for Mississauga and for Daniels but very questionable benefit for owners 2)...

Daniels makes a good money by screwing up people who paid full price one example - i bought my apartment from Daniels (Chicago) with valance lighting pre installed and was expecting something but for $1500 + (do not remember exact number) i got additional switch and installed stuff i could buy...

I would not say that Daniels is very much different from other developers (I leave next door in Chicago) - overall quality is ok and warranty office fixes problems quickly. Yes they are saving money in some pathetic way (by installing 7$ interior lights in 300,000 + unit or by installing cheap...
