It's been a few months since Building A and a few townhouses took occupancy. How's everyone feeling about their new home?

I'm not sure but I really hope it's soon! Anyone else have thoughts on this?

Yes I also bought it as one of the perks was an outlet. Was disappointed to see they didn't follow through. I think we should be entitled to a partial refund

Has anyone in Building A installed their blinds / curtains yet? I reached out to a few handymen and most were suggesting to get ceiling brackets. I'm not sure that would be possible on my windows given that there is a vent right above them (see image). If they drilled in the ceiling, I'm worried...

Has anyone recieved word from their lawyer on monthly occupancy fees amount? My lawyer informed me today that it would be around $4500 monthly. That's pretty steep! I've written to the builder asking for a breakdown of this amount but have not received word yet. Anyone else heard anything?

No updates on occupancy fees. But our occupancy date was moved to December.

I have a unit in Building A and have a question on post-occupancy fees. Will we have to pay occupancy fees up until the occupancy of all units/levels in Building A? Or is my unit's final closing dependent upon the completion of Building B as well?

We also got a firm occupancy for Building A - early November. I'm wondering if anyone knows what the occupancy fees will be? And how long we'll have to pay it until final closing?
