This project isn't on here yet but Millcroft Grove is building detached homes just down the road in Millcroft, also on land purchased from the Catholic diocese (I believe it was originally intended for a Catholic school). They have the access road complete and some utilities in, but no home...

Sounds like they are launching the second building ("LSQ2") in October. I know the first phase was one of the stronger launches of the year, will be interesting to see how this launch sells at higher interest rates...
