Interesting article stating that Pusateri's will consolidate all locations except the Avenue location. If this block is expected to be torn down, I don't know why they wouldn't keep the Bayview Village as their flagship. I'm not fully up to speed with this development site so maybe I'm missing...

Fences are down! Grass looks really nice. Even the south lawn (originally fenced off) is open. Looks like a tiny bit of landscaping is left around the garage entrance

I was actually in Bahen during the tragedy. As a UofT student, I can say there were more tragedies in Bahen after the one in 2019 that weren't heavily publicized. They added barriers to all the floors in Bahen shortly after the 3rd time... Unfortunately this doesn't solve the main problem of...

around 6:00 pm today: so there were 2 private security cars blocking the road to the parking garage (stationed under the old bridge). Same with a private security car blocking access to kings college road from college. Not sure if construction is on going during the day

The walkway adjacent to the garage entrance is coming along. However the roads leading into the area are blocked due to security so I'm not sure how much construction can progress these days
