    Multiplexes

My bad, it's not fourplex anymore; it's triplex, but in four stories.

    Multiplexes

What if I consider one unit for the 2nd and 3rd floors together? So that means one unit in the basement, one on the main floor, and one on the 2nd and 3rd. It's still fourplex, but with fewer units.

    Multiplexes

Hi everybody, I have a property in the East York area and would like to turn it into a four-plex (basement + 3 floors, one unit on every story). I heard I may need two stairwells to comply with the building code. I prefer to know before going to an architect. Does anybody have any ideas?
