I drove by this on the weekend -- thought about taking some pics.
It definitely stands out and much better designed and built than the other condos nearby along Highway 7.
Don't think the retail units could survive as there is barely any pedestrian traffic and no visible retail parking.
I wonder what is going to happen to that brick farmhouse next to it?
