Lot of people were unsure of the design when it was revealed, but this is on par with many of the best library designs.

I think this is the first time I've taken a good look at the library in real life, and it's way bigger than it seems in just photos, it feels like it's towering over the o-train track.
I think it will lose a lot of mass once it's fully clad in it's final neutral tone. I expect it will look fantastic hunched over it's permanently green urban oasis setting over the aquaduct.
I really hope they build a nice wooden fence around the TPSS shed. Kind of ruins the vibe.

Didn't realize they were doing random bronze solar panels. Really hoping that doesn't ruin it. They look nice, but might have been better to do full strips.

This building is going to be an actual landmark. It is outstanding. I love it.
Lebreton Flats, as it is with all the proposed plans and buildings going up, is going to look absolutely stunning. Like top tier city amazing. Take it in, we have 400 Albert peaking out of the CBD, Gatineau's skyline facing ahead, the Dream towers, Adisoke, the Sens area (if it actually looks how the renders looked like, it will be an amazing addition), and 900 Albert (if it actually gets built at this point lol). This doesn't count all the other different lots we know nothing about.
It is literally going to change how our city is viewed. Amazing, absolutely amazing when you think about it.
