I was browsing our project database and saw a project from Lakeshore (suburban Windsor) was in there, so I have decided to take the initiative and bring Windsor's development projects into our forum. This project is one of the most exciting development proposals that Windsor has seen in a long time - a 28s (85.5m) tall mixed-use residential tower located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Riverside Drive and Janette Avenue, directly facing the Detroit River. The site is currently occupied by a vacant parking lot. It is also the intention of the developer to eventually build a twin on the parking lot to the east.

The site was formerly the home of a proposal to build a very bizarre tower that would have straddled Janette Avenue, and contained design elements that would have made it far and away one of the ugliest towers in Canada, with no exaggeration.
