Yes, another one from SC:

This time seeking to replace a small plaza and secondary building that I confess to not knowing was part of their portfolio. Again, this one requires Employment Lands Conversion.

It's right next to the 'Peak-Freans' (Mondelez) Factory in East York which is very much a going concern having just expanded.

The cookie factory is the large white building in the background.

First Christie's, now this. Leave my cookies alone.

This isn't the cookie factory, it is the plaza next door.

Given a large investment in the cookie factory in the last couple of years, I think it's safe for now; though zoning changes that make it more valuable as something else may be a matter of future concern.

Dont want to speak for @Undead but I think he may be worried about the slow encroachment of high-density residential if this plot of land was converted.

What's to stop the surrounding employment lands from being converted if this plot was? We've seen Mondelez' history, and even despite plant investments they have no problem packing up shop and moving operations if the price was right.
