Bank Street? It's on Nelson in Lowertown.This floor plan …. If it was for a hotel, or prison, or staterooms on a ship, maybe…. But as a community of homes this is brutally uninspired.
Looks lazy, pessimistic, and ruthlessly profit-motivated.

Ah yes. I understand now. The latest design for that one isn't terrible. This developer/landlord is clearly motivated by high tenant turnover rather than creating homes for long term tenants.
Not good.
