New DP in Tuxedo for a 176 unit building, architect is C1ZN Architecture. Developer is "Nay Development". It's located west of Centre St on a currently vacant lot. Also there's some brick on there which is nice to see. Would certainly be nice to lose a vacant lot in the area.
Ah yes, that parcel. It's been empty for a long time. I prefer the previous design from Moda, but this will do the job.

How long has that parcel of land been open? Apple Maps has it marked as a park.
I recall the parcel being cleared around 2016. Originally was planned to be a 4 floor medical office.

It'll be nice to see the parcel filled in. Between this and Kit's project a block south, hundreds of new residents will be coming to the area.

The board with the construction site in info wasn’t there the last time I passed by. I wonder if it’s going ahead?

I just wanna say I've been pretty impressed by Nay so far. Their buildings with CTZN are perfectly average looking similar to Truman, but IMO the fit and finish is a step ahead. The Lux looks pretty good and they also finished it very quickly

I also like that Nay actually builds the stuff the propose. I feel confident this will be built.

Great to see another empty lot get developed. Lots of activity along the 16th Ave corridor.
