120 days eviction notices have been given to the all the tenants in these building by the current owner as they plan to tear the buildings down in Feb 2014.

A few landlord actions are being started since the lease on these building are not up until June.

A lot of heavy traffic has gone up on the city land and you can see where they have been.

Don't know if the land being sold to the city for parkland or Streetcar at this time, but another project site regardless.

I don't get a 13 Peel from the City's mapping site. 11, and then it jumps to 17.

Are these not all part of the Carnaby Row section of that development?

They sit beside 11 Peel and not part Carnaby Row as Streetcar has yet to purchased these building. I was sure it was 13 and will check again, though 17, 19, 21 would work.

The owner of these 3 houses also own the other 2 to the west that came down for the jog.

With the 120 days eviction notices in play now raise the question is the current owner required to removed the tenants before the land can be sold to Streetcar or does the owner want the land to vacant to reduces taxes? Is he willing to sit on this land for more money like I said earlier this year for an extra million or 2? Is the city now interested in these house to create a new park there and it will be sold to them once the houses are gone?

There was an easement hearing to separate these land early this year from Carnaby Row.

42-50 Gladstone and 1 Peel are not under Streetcar ownership at this time even thought their plan for 20 Gladstone show it. The owners are holding out for big bucks just this this property.

The black fencing represents the City property line. It lines up with 11 Peel line at the rear. The easement is to the west of the fence.
