Mississauga city council will consider a report at today's council meeting recommending approval of an application by CAP Reit Apartments Inc. for a zoning by-law amendment to permit an additional apartment building at 1355 Silver Spear Road, southwest of Burnamthorpe and Dixie roads. The proposal is for a 10-storey, 110 unit building to be constructed alongside the existing 14-storey building.
