They really haven't done ANYTHING other than finishing the pour!!!

So skeletal, still absolutely nothing happening aside from taking the cranes down. I would guess they have to get all new contracts in place since the bankruptcy and takover, and that probably puts them in the back of the queue with many contractors.

The partner builder went bankrupt in covid. This will start back up eventually.

But that was ages ago... then they started back up, finished pouring the concrete, removed the crane and stopped again.

I think it was rush job to get the superstructure complete so they didn't hemorrhage money on the crane rentals. Doesn't mean they will rush the plumbing, HVAC, electrical etc.
