This project at the N-W corner of Main & Bay streets is attached to the almost-complete Homewood Suites, and across the street from the u/c McMaster University Downtown Health Campus.

It includes two towers, the shorter (12s) includes the historic Canada Revenue Agency Building, half of which was torn down to make way for the taller (25s) of the towers.

Looks a little too Hampton Inn-ish for my taste but I am glad to see some residential development downtown. It will also help fill in the sea of parking lots in the immediate vicinity.

Bonus: McMaster University Downtown Health Campus (Phase One) being built across Bay Street from these condos

Presentation Centre

Sales Centre has opened.

It's located behind the development, along George St in the recently-built Staybridge Suites hotel (in it's retail outlet).

I have never seen a condo development under construction take so long to complete in my lifetime. It's quite astonishing really.

It's pretty ridiculous really.

The smaller tower are condos, the taller rentals.
Move in date for the condo was originally Feb 2015, it's now 11 months later and the interior is still pretty raw (though there are windows now!)

I blame lack of organization as it seemed workers jumped from the condo project to the rental tower and back when efforts should have been concentrated on the condo tower first.

Not only has construction been questionable, but that design!!! :/
