The City has received a development application from Kenwood Apartments Ltd. to rezone 1536 and 1550 Eastern Avenue for the purpose of developing a 13-storey apartment building. The proposal includes 113 rental suites and a 129 child daycare over two levels of underground parking for 125 vehicles for both resident and childcare use.
