Interesting, who's the main tenant ? Wonder if they want to expand or its just the building owners.

Is Yolles still there?

Actually, this is one of the more significant pieces of 80s urban architecture in Toronto (by Mississauga City Hall designer Edward Jones); so I'd hope any addition is in some way "respectful"...

Well there is a LOT of office space in that area ... in converted warehouse buildings.

I think the provincial government has a small office in here for some ministry, but can't remember what. That may have changed. I had a neighbour who worked here a few years back and she told me.

that would be HealthForceOntario Marketing and Recruitment Agency, whatever that is.

Yolles built the building as their office then, if I recall correctly, had to give it up when the economy went to hell in the late 80's/early 90's.

a stretch to use a capitalized a LOT when they are all pretty small (east of Victoria st). Everything could fill into a small 10 story building I assume.

I figure it will be a glass addition. Either way, it's good to see more business head east of Yonge.

No I don't think so ... if you are just referring to Queen W in that little stretch, but if you north / south a little, there are a lot of larger office buildings (low rise).

They now want to add THREE floors:
