This is to be offices and it will be interesting to see what kind of tenant(s) they attract. Now it's tidied up again it's actually a fairly good example of the 'warehouse style' that was common in this area. There will (soon) be a new condo to its south (https://urbantoronto.ca/forum/threa...-85m-40s-emblem-developments-ibi-group.31893/ ) and the 'black building' to its north looks another possible (small) site.

Yeah, the north end of that block is a fairly smaller site, but I wouldn't mind seeing a nice mid-rise to anchor that corner for residential or office usage if there's enough interest for it.

I guess the City refused them a regular permit and demanded a C of A application - it will hold them up and they really should have applied ages ago, they have been working on this for at least 18 months!
