Didn't see a thread for this site, so thought I would create one.
Was approved at the OMB some years ago, for multiple residential towers, 1,797 residential units and 40,430 sqm of office space.
Hasn't been an update in years, though the City moved to expropriate part of the site to facilitate access to the planned new paramedic services facility next-door: https://www.toronto.ca/legdocs/mmis/2021/gl/bgrd/backgroundfile-168271.pdf
