whoa, good to see St Clair finally getting some investment. Quite a bit going on here behind the scenes.

That's looks to be a re-do of the whole east underside of the tower. I like it, but I'd like to see more detail on lighting. The render embellishes how bright the material will be in the night, but new lighting could significantly improve that strip.
It would also be great to see them carry the treatment over to the west side of the podium, but RBC just renovated, so not sure they'd be happy to undergo more construction.
Slate has been working hard to progress the look, feel and pride for Yonge and St Clair. 2 St Clair West look fantastic now, the mural on 1 St Clair W is iconic, improvements being made to the front of 40 St Clair West too. I'm kind of stoked to see what's up their sleeve for 1 St Clair E.

Wished our first Gensler was something a bit more...tall or grandiose but I suppose its nice to get them into the city as a start.
