It's a single family home in the yellow belt, opposite a park, there's no way anything significant is happening there unless this is part of a much larger assembly.
It's actually a duplex, 20 is on the left.

Looking at google street view, looks like the duplexes on either side also have a sold sign on their lawn as of Aug 2021. So potentially including 16, 18, 20, 22 Acacia Rd & 221, 219 Millwood Rd.
