Didn't see a thread so wanted to kick one off. New design from NEUF, site plan docs have just gone live on devapps:

If this means they will revamp & rehab the buildings lining Bank St (many of them are boarded up now, painted white, etc), and adds density, I'll about it;.. even though the grey design isn't all too warm or welcoming.

Huge improvements over the previous dark, drab design. Seems this new rendition gives the heritage façades more room to breath.

Render from another angle from the heritage docs. Interesting to read through the plan for restoring the heritage buildings - the changes made to the street level for these buildings (like the variated brick) over the years really takes away from them. Glad to see there is a lot of effort being put into having them be more true to the originals.

Looking forward to seeing this go ahead. Drove down on this section of Bank St yesterday and seeing the entire block with empty storefronts, boarded-up doors & windows & graffiti was disappointing.
