A 16 floor 168 unit condo tower developed by Knightsbridge Homes and designed by GEC architects to rise in Calgary's East Village. DP has been approved, and BP has been submitted by GEC.

One of the key features of this building is that it will have no tenant parking, only 14 stalls of visitor parking which will be at grade.
