Exactly, no +15s, as I said.

There are zero +15s in the east village except for the performance space/bridge that connects the two sides of the NMC.
Just as well. I don't some of the ones right downtown, but outside of that I prefer the people are on the sidewalks.

It hasn't been debated in a long time, it was unanimously rejected.

Yeah, I figured the library would be on the network. Oh well, it isn't the biggest loss. I'm not at all surprised about the community as a whole though. Vibrant street life seems to be part of the mission and despite the +15's many virtues, detriment to street life is definitely a fault.

I have always struggled with the whole +15 thing. On one hand it has taken away pedestrian traffic from the streets, and has also helped in keeping businesses inside away from the street. On the other hand, I do use them, especially in the winter. It's nice to be able to walk around and do some shopping or go grab a bite when it's cold outside, and not have to wear a jacket or worry about auto or train traffic.

I'm more for than against when it comes to +15s, but I could see how planners would probably not want them in a primarily residential neighbourhood.
