Looks like a new project is going to start up at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School site in little Italy. Toronto Parking Authority is selling a chunk of the lot to Urban Capital and keeping the rest.
Think it might be loft UC seems to be building a lot of those. Don't think they could get away with building anything higher than 6 stories on a site like that could they?
