I love how even with the new strict rules in the CBD, Melbourne is still churning out stuff that's far more interesting than most of the projects we seem to get in Toronto.

Has unfortunately been rejected by the Minister due to these new restrictions.

It complied with the previous overshadowing guidelines and was apparently days away from being lodged when the new laws came into place, meaning they missed out on being applicable to a grandfather clause.
