Hi All, reaching out to the UT community to see if there's any information on:
Spectrum - 30 Harrison Garden BLVD (yonge/401)
I am interested in a unit in this building but noticed that the fees are pretty high.. looks like approx 0.65/sqft. There is gym, party room, 24 security, but NO pool. Seems kind of high to me. The building is built by MENKES. Overall I am impressed with the quality of the unit and building, but just worried that the fees will increase substantially given its age (approx 8 yrs) old. I have not seen a status certificate yet.
Also, if we go in with an offer and the status certificate shows major upcoming repairs, BUT also shows an increase in fees to support the renovations, are we able to back out?
