7 World Trade Center in New York is built over a vast Con-Edison electric substation... Please, oh please developers, take a trip to NY and see how they did it, then get rid of that eyesore on John Street.

It would be interesting to see how the place looked like back in 10 years time.

It really shows how much densification is possible within the existing urban environment.
I was walking down front last saturday and I recall thinking how, as much as I appreciate the development, many of these buildings are just horrible monstrosities aesthetically.
