Why would they rename?

…but since they won't, we will forever have a Science Centre station that won't be the closest station to the Science Centre. That's okay though, as people need the exercise?

Ideally yeah. That said, the ECLRT station will be at least 7 or 8 years old by the time the OL opens, so the current signage wouldn't have been a total waste.And then have to rename the still very new ECLRT station too?
