Not sure if this is the correct address, but nothing is coming for 407, 409, 411, 413 or 415 that is next to 417 Parkette.
I took a few photos earlier this year or last year, as there was some construction taking place on this old building that needed to be preserve. Have never seen any notices or thread on it.
Only the historical front wall is standing and excavation underway for the whole area. Its the 2nd building east of Parliament St.
No idea what is plan for this site.
This not the first building I have seen on King that is being built without notices or a thread on them as they are small in size.
