Not sure if there is an existing thread for these properties, but looks like they were purchased by LDI Holdings not too long ago.

I don't know what the purchase price was, but the site was last acquired by Triovest, as I understand, back in 2016 for $14.45m

Site size, just shy of 1500m2 / 16000ft2

Given the size and shape, this would support a tower if permitted.

The best precedent (roughly kitty corner) suggests that with only one major road, ~14s would be supported. (fronting Church here)

Church St Frontage:

As the above visual may suggest none of these are listed/designated heritage.

* The roof line hiding behind the current facade above the love shop looks interesting......I wonder if the rest of the original structure is in any way intact.
