Difficult to sell. There are people buried there. A first nations group nearly acquired the site last year, until that was disclosed.

This has been removed from Build Toronto's website. I wonder if we will soon get news that improvements here are part of the home: Power and Adelaide Section 37 agreement being worked out between Great Gulf/Hullmark and the City? Anyone know more?
