This block is being listed as a potential development site on the Land Bank site announced today by Fraser. I am putting it here as I didn’t see a thread on the map. This is a really big site and furthers the evolution of the train station neighbourhood into a secondary city centre.

Hoping this comes with a new pedestrian bridge to St. Laurent Station, along with a rebuild of said Station.

This is the site that was originally CLC lands and was cancelled, wasn't it? Or still is?

Was going to be another federal office node, but the need for more office space disappeared with COVID.

There are plans somewhere showing a bridge towards the left hand part of the site. At one time CBSA was supposed to move here.
